
Both of these pictures are taken from the same angle. The first photo was taken with a small aperture of f/16 and the second photo was taken with a larger aperture of f/5.6. The first picture is all in focus while in the second picture the cat's paw is in focus and his head is not. The second picture shows more depth with the out of focus head it really shows that the head is farther away from the camera than the paw. There is some exposure differences, but I believe the exposure difference was a light change that happened in the room between pictures. There was a window right behind the cat.

This picture is a different angle of my cat where the aperture is set larger at f/5.6, and instead of focusing on the foreground I focused on the background. The blanket is not in focus and the cat is.
I added this picture because I thought it was neat, but I am unsure of the settings that I used to get the picture like this.
